Installation of new Conservatory
" We recently (October 2008) employed Ben to supply and construct a conservatory to the rear of our property. His staff were polite, friendly and efficient and the standard of work was very professional. This work was undertaken and completed within the timescale that Ben estimated and the quote was very competitive and exactly what we paid with no hidden extras.
It was necessary for some demolition to the rear of the bungalow whilst the conservatory was erected so that the original room merged into the conservatory. This work was carried out swiftly and with minimal upheaval to us.
Mr Nash correctly suggested bringing the roof of the bungalow out to meet the conservatory roof instead of it sloping back down into a box gutter which gave a far superior finish.
We are delighted with the conservatory and haven’t had any problems whatsoever. Ben also provides a very good ‘follow up’ and after service ensuring that his customers are happy and satisfied with the finished effect. I am sure that if a problem existed then he would attend to it immediately to the customer’s satisfaction.

Loft conversion

You will recall that a previous rogue builder had commenced work on my loft conversion that was to provide a 2 bedroom 'granny' flat. He had abandoned the project after merely done the rip out and bodged what little installation of materials he had made. I was left in a total mess with a hole being punched in the landing ceiling at a particularly bad time of the year - Xmas 2007.
I shall always be very grateful for the rescue work that your firm provided at incredibly short notice, following a recommendation from a friend. You where able not only to deliver the conversion ahead of time but were able to put your considerable talents and experience in providing living accommodation from a very small spaces to actually improve and enhance the original architect's plans and all at a very competitive price. Despite the time pressure, your team worked to a very high professional standard, were friendly ,flexible and accommodated many other requested additions for building work elsewhere in my house. All work performed was to the high standard, reasonably priced and tightly managed by yourself. At no stage was i pressurised for payment until i was completely satisfied relevant work had been done at a good standard.
